consultations & appointments

Please phone the practice for an appointment. We encourage you to ask for your preferred time and doctor. If there are not vacancies with your usual GP you will be provided with the option of seeing another doctor. If all doctors are fully booked and you have an emergency or a sick child, please advise reception so arrangements can be made to deal with the medical issue.

Walk-ins – We normally require people to make an appointment but we can sometimes help if you walk into the Practice. Priority is given to people who have made a booking. If you have an urgent situation we will try to make an appointment on the same day. 

Most appointments are for 15 minutes but for procedures or complex problems, please call the practice and advise that you need a longer appointment. If you’ve visited our practice before, you can make a standard length (15 minutes) appointments online via the “online appointments” tab. New patients need to ring the practice to make the first appointment.

If we have your mobile number, an SMS reminder will be sent to you the day before your appointment.

Doctors charge $20 for repeat scripts for patients seen in the last fortnight. If you have not seen a doctor within that time frame you will need to make an appointment.

We apologise if urgent or lengthy cases delay your appointment.

To minimise missed appointments, there is a $86 fee if at least 6 hours’ notice is not provided.

Messages can be left for your doctor if required and medical staff will respond. Emails can be forwarded to your practitioner for specific requests via our office email. These enquiries are filtered by our reception staff and forwarded to doctors when appropriate. Please note our emails are not monitored outside of practice hours.

Complaints or feedback are welcome on any aspect of our service. In the first instance, please contact our Practice Manager on 02 6552 5533 or[email protected].
